Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) We charge the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer.

We do not charge card fees, and the amount is only charged to your card when the item is shipped.

If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the chargeback scheme. Read more about the terms on PayPal's website.

When buying with ViaBill, you will first receive your items. Then you must pay your monthly installment on the same date each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee will be charged. If you cancel your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill ends. Read more here:

With Anyday you can split your payment into 4. You pay 25% when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. Shipping

Choose the delivery method that suits you best:

  • GLS Parcel Shop – 39 DKK. (For smaller items such as bike accessories)
  • Jetpack home delivery – 99 DKK. (For whole bikes in a box – delivered unassembled)

Delivery is only to Denmark, or there are special terms for delivery to non-bridge-connected islands.

The delivery time is between 2-5 days.

Delivery is typically to the curb; we usually deliver the bike in front of the "main door" - delivery to curb / without carrying in, etc.


Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the item without also notifying us.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were bought in a single order. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded if you cancel part of your purchase. Also note that you can only get a partial refund of the shipping costs.


Return

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and you are responsible if any damage occurs during transport.

Certain items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to: children's bikes and larger packages, which must be sent via a freight company capable of handling these bikes, such as Jetpack. The cost of returning these items is expected to be no more than: 199 ,-

Condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, you can only get part of the purchase price refunded. The amount you can get back depends on the item's commercial value, and in some cases, this may mean you only get the shipping costs refunded.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a depreciation of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs if you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the payment until we have received the item, unless you provide us with proof that you have returned it.

We only accept return packages sent directly to the address – we do not pick up from parcel shops or parcel lockers. You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and delivering the item personally to the above address – by prior arrangement. Always remember to include a description of the problem and your order confirmation for faster processing.


Warranty

When you shop with us as a consumer, the Sale of Goods Act applies. This means you have a 24-month warranty period. If your complaint is justified, you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for the shipment so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Returns and Complaints

We only accept return packages sent directly to our address – we do not pick up from parcel shops or parcel lockers. When returning an item in connection with a complaint, please include a detailed description of the problem. This helps us assess the case faster and find the best solution for you. We also recommend including a copy of your order confirmation or other proof of purchase. Please pack the item securely so it does not sustain further damage during transport.

If you are trading as a business, please note that the warranty rights differ from those applicable to consumers. We reserve the right to attempt to remedy any defect – for example, by repair – rather than exchange the item or provide a refund. As a rule, a 12-month warranty applies to B2B transactions unless otherwise agreed in writing. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is or should have been discovered.


Complaint Access

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us. If we cannot find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. To file a complaint, the item or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,220 and at most DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 790. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

When you shop on an e-marked webshop, you can have your case handled free of charge by e-mærket - regardless of the amount. If you reside in an EU country other than Denmark, you can file a complaint with the EU Commission's online complaint portal here.
