1. Payment

ChantyBikes.us accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, as well as European debit and credit cards.

The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of EUR 40 or more.

If you choose to pay with Anyday, we will charge the first installment as soon as your item has been shipped. After that, you will pay one monthly installment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly installments starts at four months and may vary depending on the payment plan you choose.

The amount of each installment depends on the total value of your order, the selected Flex installment option, and your chosen payment plan. Please note that if all installments are paid on time, no interest or fees will be charged. If you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be terminated.

Your payment will only be charged once the physical item has been shipped.

We do not charge any card processing fees.

2. Reservation of Funds

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately.

The funds will remain reserved on your card or account until:

1. We charge the amount when your order is shipped, or

2. The reserved amount is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on the website include VAT.

The website uses Euro (EUR) as its pricing currency.

ChantyBikes.us uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This ensures that your payment information is protected and cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties.

The ChantyBikes.us website also uses SSL encryption.

4. Delivery

The estimated delivery time for your order is 1–3 business days.

For certain products stored in a remote warehouse in the Netherlands and shipped via DHL, you will also receive a DHL or DSV tracking number.

ChantyBikes.us ships orders using the following carriers:

• DHL
• PostNord
• Jetpack

Shipping is free on orders over EUR 130.

You may choose to have your package shipped with distribution or without distribution.

You will always receive a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment from our warehouse to your address.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Products purchased from this website are covered by a 100-day right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order.

Requests to cancel your purchase must be submitted no later than 100 days after delivery.
